Student iPad Repair Request

Please complete this form to request an iPad repair.

Please leave as much detail as possible as this may affect your iPad repair claim. If there were any other students who witnessed or were involved in the incident please let us know so we can process the claim correctly.

Once this form is completed you must take your iPad to the ICT technician so he can send it away for repair. The repair usually takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete and the students form tutor will be kept informed of the repair progress. Letters will also be sent out to parents to inform them of the repair request.
