The Pingle Academy uses an electronic cashless payment system called ParentPay. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a debit/credit card through a secure online account.
ParentPay can be used to top-up money on your child’s catering account and to pay for visits, iPads etc. We also have machines in the cafeteria which accept cash to top up students catering accounts.
Your ParentPay account can be accessed at any time by clicking onto the ParentPay icon at the top of any of our website pages.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘forgotten password’ option and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are new to ParentPay you will receive an activation password. It is recommended that once you have received your activation password, you change it. Please note that The Pingle Academy or ParentPay have NO access to your password or any credit/debit card details used for any transaction.
